OUR VENUE HIRE INCLUDES
- A personal service and complete management and coordination on the day by the owners of The Old Kent Barn (to include our staff throughout the day and evening)
- Use of our garden gazebo for your ceremony for up to 150 seated guests
- Use of the minstrels’ gallery inside our barn (which can also be used as an option for your ceremony for up to 70 guests)
- Full access to our gardens plus ample parking for your guests
- 100ft x 30ft luxury marquee including starlight ceiling, parquet dance floor, tables, chairs, linen, glassware, bay trees with lights inside the marquee
- Luxury toilets and baby changing area
(inside our marquee) - Fully serviced and stocked bar in 20ft x 20ft extension inside our marquee for guests use during the day and evening
- one night FREE in our bridal suite with breakfast
- Exclusive use of our venue from 2.00pm the day before your wedding until 12.00pm the day after your wedding
We hold weddings three days a week at The Old Kent Barn – on Saturdays, Mondays and Thursdays. The cost for hiring our venue and luxury marquee on a Saturday in Spring/Summer 2009 for up to 150 sit down and 250 in the evening is £5,000 inclusive of VAT (the Registrar’s fees are extra which you would pay direct to them).
The cost for hiring our venue and luxury marquee on a Monday or Thursday in July/August 2009 (inc. Bank Holiday Mondays) is £4,500, and Monday or Thursday in April/May/June/September 2009 is £4,000. Our venue hire includes one complimentary night in our bridal suite
The cost for a Saturday wedding in 2010 is £5,500 and £6,000 in 2011. (Monday and Thursday reductions as 2009.)
